| If you want a quality home built with minimum stress, by great builders that can satisfy the requirements you have, you have to use BURNS HOMES! They built us a beautiful and functional home designed by ourselves to suit the site. They made the build "frustration free" in terms of their input. They were very efficient with our many changes at our request during the build, they accommodated our own materials in which we sourced smoothly into the build process. | Over the years we have built five homes, the most recent of these was with Burns Homes. We couldn’t be happier with the whole process from start to finish with Burns Homes. Steve offered competitive and realistic pricing for our quality home. Steve always maintained consistent and regular contact with us, and there was never any change or suggestion that was too big or small for Steve and the team to complete. Steve welcomed us on site to talk through different aspects of the build, to ensure we achieved the product we were hoping for. We were very pleased with our build, on a difficult block - which was delivered on time, on budget and without a hitch. We will definitely build another home with Burns Homes in the future. | I worked with Steve and Chris Burns throughout the construction of my house in George Street, Ormiston. I was extremely impressed with Burns Homes and attention to detail, quality of construction and administrative efficiency. The home was completed on schedule with no problems during the whole build. Steve and Chris coordinated the building work in a professional, organised and friendly manner at all times, making the building process a pleasant one for all concerned. | I first built with Burns Homes in 1990 when Keith Burns was running the business and Steve was in construction. The house was a 2 story with internal stairs and I was impressed with the quality and ease in dealing with Burns Homes. 10 years later my new partner Tony and I decided to build a low set house in Redland Bay and again, chose Burns Homes because of my previous dealings. Once again the construction went smoothly and we were both extremely happy with the result. On the sale of this property the building Inspector commented on how well the house was constructed. In 2007 we had no hesitation in choosing Burns Homes to build our current home. Having now built with Burns Home 3 times, we have found that Steve and his family were very approachable, open to suggestions, and willing to give advise in relation to our ideas and construction. They obviously take great pride in their work and have made the whole building process enjoyable and stress free as we had the upmost confidence in the quality of construction. | Our experience with Steve and Chris from Burns Homes was second to none. It goes without saying that their workmanship is first class, but what separates Burns Homes from other builders is their high level of personalised service and honesty. Steve was always available to discuss any ideas or concerns we had, and with his vast knowledge of building, he was easily able to address them.
